About Mikane Shrine
Mikane shrine is a shrine located in Kyoto city Nakagyo district. It is a shrine which is decorated with golden color such as golden entrance gate and ginkgo-shaped votive tablets that people wish for success for asset management, securities trading and so on and winning in the horse races, bicycle races and so on and winning lottery tickets, etc. are dedicated in large quantities
Its Saijin Kanayama hikono mikoto is the shrine’s main Saijin, three pillar gods including Amaterasu oomikami, Tukiyomino Mikoto are worshipped in the shrine.
Its precinct is narrow and small because it is the shrine in the downtown, it is the shrine whose golden entrance gate is worthwhile to see, and visit by worshippers to the shrine for pray for good luck and picture taking never cease. However, it is impossible absolutely to park cars and bicycles on the spot.
