I’ve heard the great things about Takabashi, so I came here at the Bivi-Nijo branch. The restaurant is in the food court.

They have a few different types of soup, but the standard is the Takabashi Ramen. The inside is quite roomy and most of seats are at the counter.

I ordered the Takabashi Ramen with extra green onions. (The extra green onions and bean sprouts are free.) then the ramen like in the picture came out. GREEN ONIONS !!!!

Takabashi Ramen (ordinary size)

The noodle was medium firm and straight noodle. You can not see from the picture but there were quite a lot of roasted pork fillets which were really soft and tasty. The menu said the soup is pork-soy sauce base, but the soy sauce flavor was stronger. The regular ramen with a lot of roasted pork fillets gave me the great satisfaction.

I wondered it’s going to be like the Ramen Jiro if I put more green onions and bean sprouts…

The regular ramen ¥650, medium rice ¥150, the total cost was ¥864 (tax included).
