The summer has passed and entered into fall, it has finally become cold.
The season has come when the pot is delicious.
I, Kurama Tengu was taken to Shabuzen in Gion from my workplace.^o^
To speak of Shabuzen in Gion, it is first visit at drinking ceremony of workplace when I had ever had Shabushabu.
I remember that I was impressed by the good taste of shabushabu in Shabuzen at that time. It was as good taste as I revisited there with my colleagues and my family later because of the excitement.
I came back to Shabuzen.
Introduced by a waiter who was wearing kimono, I went to a private room…
As a measure against new coronavirus, I dared to ask the dinner at private room this time.
In the middle of the table, there was a pot.
They said the net plate in front of it was a tool to drain the soup of meat.
The sashimi appeared.
This is also very fresh and delicious.
Sometime there are some people who dislike sashimi and I sometimes have occasion to get to be given the portion of such people. (smile)
Finally, the meat I was waiting for came.
This is so-called marbled Japanese beef.
I had these meats by all-you-can-eat.
I reduced the amount of breakfast and lunch in preparation for all-you-can-eat that day.
What should I do in order to empty my stomach completely?
In this shop, you are offered both sesame sauce and ponzu sauce, you can dip to whichever we like.
For me, Kurama Tengu, the proper use of sesame sauce for meats and ponzu sauce for vegetables is delicious.
The Japanese beef shabushabu in Shabuzen was very delicious!
I ate as much as possible.(≧▽≦)
As it is a high-priced shop in Gion, we cannot visit there so often, but I recommend to go to eat there at least once in your life if you live in Kyoto.
Let’s go there with your stomach full empty!(^▽^)/
