Talk about wanting a subway loop line.

Although it is a regional topic completely, I, Kurama Tengu always wish for the subway ring road in Kyoto city. Speaking concretely what is the subway ring road, the northern end is Kitaoji Street, the eastern end is Higashioji Street, the western end is Nishioji Street, and the southern end is Hichijo Street. I hear that there are many lines and passengers for 205 system that runs between Kawaramachi Street and Kitaoji Street and Nishioji Street as for the city buses currently in operation. I am thinking that these routes could be connected with the subway.

If the subway ring road was made, I can broaden my delusion, for example, I can go to Kyoto Station, Karasuma Oike, and Shijo Kawaramachi, by only riding trains from my home.

By the way, there is a project called “Kyoto City LRT large loop line” and there seems to be a movement that aims for the restoration of Kyoto streetcar, I wonder in reality LRT would be better the subway. There is my childhood memory, I, who know the Kyoto city streetcars in the past cannot help remembering the large streets where the roads were crowded with city streetcars and private cars.

Well, anyway it is unlikely to come into reality while I, Kurama Tengu live.
