Good morning!
This is Kurama Tengu( ̄▽ ̄)b.
Gozan no Okuribi which takes place in summer every year, my father was a firefighter and went to the place, but I still don’t know this is “Daimonji yaki” or “Gozan no Okuribi”.

As a capital letter could be seen from my home, I always called it “Daimonji Yaki” during my childhood, but some people get angry when it isn’t called “Gozan no Okuribi” now… I wonder which is the right name for it.
“Gozan no Okuribi” (I call it so here) is good for being able to see many mountains at once when viewed from high buildings’ rooftop floor. It was good as the school buildings were open for use to the public before, but these days such cases seemed to have decreased.
And I heard that high-rise hotels monopolize the views of Gozan no Okuribi. I feel that that people who pay a lot of money can monopolize the views of Gozan no Okuribi with religious meanings is the thought of bent capitalism. (Although I’m not interested in the politics very much…)
