Kyoto people’s ignorance of Kyoto

Hello, this is Kurama Tengu.

It is said that “Kyoto people don’t know about Kyoto”.
I also was said so while I was a student. I had not been to Kinkakuji Temple at that time and shrines and temples are not interesting for children…

It was a recent story that I learned the song of “Maru Take Ebisu” and I haven’t learned yet “Tera Goko Fuya Tomi”. Since I have been working in the center of Kyoto city these days, I try to remember all of the counting song, though.

There are some cases that I knew for the first time about the existence until my age although it is relatively near my house after I was told that Manshuin is good place to visit by my aunt just the other day.

Maybe, people coming Kyoto often for sightseeing might know about Kyoto more.

And I didn’t know that Kyoto people are bashed so on the Internet. When I searched Google for Kyoto people, there were a lot of slander… I wonder what the hell is going on, it’s unreasonable in the world.
