Hello!
This is Kurama Tengu.(^o^)v
As the year draws to a close, the weather is getting colder and colder.
One day, out of the blue, I received a text message from a friend inviting me to lunch.
Well, I guess most of the family members on the other end of the line are out that day.
When I asked his recommendation for the shop, he said he want to eat udon.
Udon Aoi. I have been there a long time ago, and I remember it was delicious.
We met in front of the shop on the day of the event. The time was 12:00.
I think there were about four tables in the shop. The shop was clean and a bit stylish.
Kurama Tengu was first going to order ankake udon (650 yen) but I didn’t want to get very cheap udon, so I ordered one nabeyaki udon (1,000 yen).
I chatted with a friend for a while.
We haven’t seen each other for a while, and it makes a good talk. (^o^)/\(^o^)

Nabeyaki udon noodles were brought in.
Oh, it’s really simmering!
A large prawn tempura is on it. (As expected, the 1,000-yen price is worth of it.)
I will take it right away.
Udon noodles are a little stiff and long.
The taste of the broth is about what I expected.
The prawn tempura has big shrimp in it.
It has lots of ingredients and I enjoyed it with the noodles.
The portions are rather large, so an adult male could fill up without ordering a rice dish.
Although 1,000 yen for udon may seem expensive compared to Marugame Seimen and other restaurants, I thought it would be a good place for a small dinner meeting.
By the way, there seems to be a weekday-only service that includes rice and chicken tempura for an additional 150 yen. Recently, the number of restaurants which do weekday-only services has increased.
