Hello.
This is Kurama Tengu.( ̄▽ ̄)b
I, Kurama Tengu don’t like udon very much.(-_-;)
In short, I don’t like wide noodles very much. Therefore, I don’t like Tuke-men whose noodles are wide very much, either.
The basics of Tuke-men is soy sauce soup base as it derived from Tokyo culture. However, the Tuke-men in Kyoto has the basics whose soup is thick with dried bonito. And roast porks and Menma is sinking at the bottom of the soup. To be honest, I think it might be problematic even if it is a picture.
I remember the hot noodle Tuke-men I ate somewhere was delicious, but the one I ordered at another shop was not soaked in cold water and as, a result, noodles were sticking each other. Apparently, I think Tuke-men might not get used to Kyoto yet.

I, as Kurama Tengu, am rather interested in the soy sauce Ramen in Tokyo. The soy sauce Ramen that is stuck to its taste thoroughly is at most delicious like the Ramens offered in “Ramen touhichi” and “Ramen suguru” and it made me feel like letting my mother who is not good at deep-taste Ramene to eat them. The soy sauce taste Ramen soup of Rairaitei will also become my favorite one.
By the way, what about Mazesoba?
I have had Maze-soba only twice in my life, but the Taiwan Maze-soba I ate at Yuuhino-kirameki Ichijouji shop was very delicious. There are a lot of good-flavor vegetables of my preference in it, and it tasted very spicy when mixing all of them together. On the other hand, the Maze-soba I had at another shop had lumps of ginger in it, when I mixed then and ate the taste of ginger was directly effective and hot. The maze-soba in Kyoto is said to be in developing stage, I think.
That follows the next item, Ramen.
As my own preference, if I pay for the Ramen, the first Ramen shops I come up with is Tenka-ippin. Thinking about eating deep Ramen and rice cause my drools(smile). After all, I am an Ramen lover(≧▽≦)b
