It is a word sometimes used by Kansai people.
Someone is described as being in a state of ikki when he or she is in a fit of pique. It’s not a very good expression.
I guess “ikiri” means to be on top of the game” or “to be bossy.”

When you are told that you have been bossy lately it means that you have been giving that person a bad impression of you recently, so you might want to be careful about what you say and do.
It should be noted that the title “ikiri” may also be given to a Kansai people who is forcing himself to speak in standard Japanese.
It’s more of a word used by rude man.
