Clip art of Buddha
Everyone, welcome to my great lecture of love. I’ll teach you the thought of Buddha by myself today. The thought of me Buddha, its essence is the liberation from the suffering in this world. The thought is called four Noble Truths. Four Noble Truths are four certainties existing while you are living, that are distress, Satya, Satya, and Satya.

“Distress”: that is that the real world is always full of sufferings although it is impermanent.

The living world repeats changes one after another and transforms. Therefore, everything is not exactly what I want. This is because a variety of sufferings are generated in the real world. There are suffering that can’t be helped: suffering we are born through the birth canal, suffering that we gradually grow older, suffering from various illnesses, and suffering that you will definitely die.

In addition, there is suffering that you must break up with your loved one while you are living. There is suffering that you must meet persons that you hate. And there is suffering that you can’t get what you want and what you seek.

And we try to do this and act like that, feeling and accepting something from various things and persons and imagining various things in our brain. However, these are after all sensational desires, and with these desires flourishing, they generate a lot of sufferings. Indeed, our existences themselves are just the sufferings themselves.

Well, why are a lot of suffering generate like this? Satya explains the origin of the sufferings.

The cause of sufferings is, saying in a word, persistence toward persons, things, particular way of thinking, and self. A lot of sufferings and worries are generated by various persistence, for example I like that person, “I want to be close him or her” or “Who is right is just me and you are wrong.” And with these becoming bigger, the circumstances of various sufferings will be created.

Therefore, perishing the attachment attached to the human heart leads to the liberation from sufferings.

This certain fact is called Satya.

And Satya is the explanation of how to be liberated from suffering by destroying the attachments.

What can we do in order to eliminate anguish? That is, we should follow the eight right paths. I’d like to teach them from now on.

Well, here we go~~~~~~~!! Osu Osu!!

The first path: Don!! You should have correct view.
It is trying to get rid of suffering, accepting distress and observing the cause.

The second path: Don!! You should things right.
This is just thinking the truth of “distress, Satya, Satya, Satya” correctly!!

The third path: Don!! You should use the correct language.
This means that you shouldn’t tell a lie or say a word and so on to hurt others. You should use soft and kind language that relieve others!!

The fourth path: Don!! You should do the right thing!!
This means that you shouldn’t kill, steal, make money like a dead person, do nasty acts and so on!!

The fifth path: Don!! You should live the right life!!
This means the integration of above the first to fourth!!

The sixth path: Don!! You should make the right effort!!
This means you should work hard on that road!!

The seventh path: Don!! You should have a right thought!!
This means that you should keep in mind that you will live with “correct views” and shouldn’t forget it!!

The eighth and last path: Don!! You should do the right meditation!!
This means that you should focus on one thing!! It is calming down your heart by observing your own mind!!
