2020 New Year’s Greetings

Happy New Year!
This is Kurama Tengu(￣▽￣)b.

How did you spend in the year end and new year holidays?
I spent it watching TV relaxing at home almost of the time.
In year end and new years holidays, there are more popular music shows featuring gorgeous members, which makes us fun.

Although my printer broke suddenly while printing the New Year’s cards…

Well, in the last day of the year, I watched Red and White Singing Contest and after that I had Toshikoshi soba. We made and had herring sobas. I have liked herring soba very much since I was a child.

In the first day of the year, my relatives gathered and we were excited with cakes, sushi and sukiyaki.

I rode my 2 types of mopeds to buy cakes and sushi. Because there are many shops in Kyoto City without parking lot, so it is convenient if we ride 2 types of mopeds.

And in January 2, I went to Shimogamo shrines for first visit of the year.

Shimogamo shrine, which recently became famous, attracted many worshipers.
I, Kurama Tengu, who am among the single, asked for marriage, and rushed to buy a charm this year!

In Shimogamo shrine, the burning of New Year’s gate decorations is implemented every year like the below.

This year’s New Year Holidays were enough hot not to need to warm with the burning of the New Year’s gate decorations.
With the influence of global warming in recent years, it continues very hot days like a fiery fire in midsummer in Kyoto City, I also thank for the warming of winter season on the other hand.
