Hello, this is Kurama Tengu(￣▽￣)b.
I’d like to write about ratio of number of views from smartphones in analysis of Google access today. Well, as I think it’ not good to paste Google Analytics screen as it is, I’ll pick only its numbers up.
I’ll pick up numbers from the sites our company is operating.
Site A
Information sites that anticipated the use mainly from smartphones.
Mobile ratio 70.46%
Site B
Information sites that we can use from both smartphones and PCs.
Mobile ratio 49.03%
Site C
Information sites that anticipated the use from mainly smartphones.
Mobile ratio 56.55%
Site D
Information sites that anticipated the use mainly from PCs.
Mobile ratio 54.44%
Site E
Shops’ sites that we can use from both smartphones and PCs.
Mobile ratio 66.67%
Site F
Facilities’ sites that we can use from both smartphones and PCs.

The results are as above.
We can find that the ratio of number of views from smartphone has become higher than we had expected. The situation is like this as of 2018, so all our company’s sites are compatible with smartphone display basically as for new projects. This smartphone compatible (responsive design) is an annoying but also interesting part for Web designers.
To tell the essential story a little more, it is necessary to design Web site according to its applications, imagining which scenes the site is used on the phase where we design the Web site. If the contents are the ones that are used often while going out, many browsing terminals are from smartphones basically, it needs to be designed to be centered of smartphones. (The concept of mobile first.)
Well, all of the sites I made in the past few years are smartphone compatible, so I think it is not doubt that we should consider smartphone compatible as indispensable.(^_^)
