Ginkakuji Onishi’s meat

Although it is not certain when it started, my family got it custom that we eat meats when we gather with our relatives in Bon days and in New Year days. And it is Kurama Tengu’s duty to go shopping for the meats. Every year I go to buy the meats riding moped bike.

There are a lot of shops buying meats, Kurama Tengu’s favorite is “Ginkakuji Onishi”. This shop ordinarily offer the meats for sukiyaki for the price of 498 yen per 100g and this is delicious enough, but it didn’t sell only a little more expensive meats on the last day of the year and I decided to buy Japanese black beef whose price was 680 yen per 100g last year. w(^o^)w

Some of this shop’s meat have fats in it and taste very good.
In Kyoto the beef of Mishimatei is famous, I think for me, Kurama Tengu, that the beef of Onishi has good quality as Misimatei’s one. Of course, we can’t eat good beef as this regularly, only when the bon days and New Year days when my nephews and nieces gather, we surround the table with delicious beef. The only one point that we have to be careful is that Onishi does not open on the first day of the year. People who want to eat meats on the first day of the year should buy them on the last day of the year.

Buy the way, Kurama Tengu regularly eat meats with iron-plate cooking, I eat meats by sukiyaki on the Bon days and New Year days of these days. The sukiyaki of this year’s first day was a treat too. (^▽^)/
